Terms and Conditions
- Once the allotted seats for this scheme are filled and confirmed, the scheme will be closed for that term, and no further applications will be accepted. All students must abide by the same.
- Scholarships are merit-based and allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Submission of original documents (10th, 12th, and UG Degree) is mandatory for verification.
- Failure to submit documents will lead to the scholarship being revoked, resulting in the payment of the full course fee.
- Scholarships are non-refundable and will be adjusted only towards tuition fees.
- Students must submit all required documents as per the checklist and fill out the scholarship application form.
- Scholarships cannot be combined with other financial aid schemes or discounts.
- If a student is suspended, involved in misconduct, or negatively represents the institution, their scholarship will be revoked, and they must pay the full course fee.
- The student must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% and satisfactory academic progress, failing which the scholarship may be withdrawn.
- If the student withdraws from the course or fails to complete the program, the scholarship will be forfeited, and the students will be liable to pay the full fee.
- The scholarship amount will be split across all years of study and will not be deducted entirely in the first year. The total sum will be partially deducted in each academic year.
- Harsha Institutions reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the scholarship scheme at any time.

Scholarship Assistance
As part of The Srimathi Girija Shivakumar Center for Women Empowerment (SGS-CWE) initiative, the Harsha EmpowerHer Scholarship aims to provide financial aid to deserving female students facing economic hardships.
The objectives of the scholarship program are:
- To identify economically disadvantaged female students and offer financial assistance to help them continue their education without financial barriers.
- To enable female students from underprivileged backgrounds to pursue and complete their academic goals, contributing to their personal and professional development.
Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is valid for one academic year and may be renewed based on academic performance.
- The scholarship is exclusively for financially dependent female students who belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) or Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
- The annual family income of the applicant must be ₹1,50,000 or below (verified through official documents).
- Scholarship students must maintain at least 80% attendance in their academic year.
- Scholarship applicants should maintain good behavior and discipline and have no involvement in misconduct, disciplinary issues, or criminal cases.
