Internal Compliance Cell

The Internal Compliance Cell is set up to resolve any issues related to sexual harassment, discrimination and any form of misconduct occurring withing the university grounds. Aimed at providing a formal and structured process of reporting, investigating and resolving the cases, the members of the Cell are dedicated to ensure fairness and justice to all.

What is the purpose of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Cell at Harsha Institutions?

The Sexual Harassment Prevention Cell at Harsha Institutions aims to create a safe environment free from gender-based harassment. It focuses on preventing and addressing sexual harassment cases, promoting awareness, and ensuring the implementation of policies to maintain a safe social and psychological environment for everyone.

If you experience or witness any form of ragging, you should report it to the Anti-Ragging Cell. You can contact the members listed in the Anti-Ragging Cell section or reach out to the National Anti-Ragging Helpline at 1800-180-5522 or email helpline@antiragging.in. Ragging is a serious criminal offense, and disciplinary actions will be taken.

Harsha Institutions offers support through the Counselling Center, which is dedicated to helping students manage academic stress, personal issues, career concerns, and more. The team of trained counselors is available to provide assistance whenever needed, ensuring students’ mental well-being is prioritized.

The Grievance Redressal Cell is available for any complaints or grievances related to students or staff. You can reach out to the members listed in the Grievance Redressal section to file your grievance. The cell follows the UGC guidelines to ensure proper resolution of complaints.

The Women Empowerment Cell at Harsha Institutions is designed to support, mentor, and empower women on campus. It provides a safe space for addressing gender-based issues, promotes equality and inclusivity, and organizes workshops and leadership programs to enhance the visibility and voice of women. The center is named the “Srimathi Girija Shivakumar Centre for Women Empowerment” and was inaugurated on International Women’s Day in 2025.
