A Master’s degree in Physiotherapy is a postgraduate program of 2 years, focusing on advanced concepts and techniques in the field of physiotherapy. Here, you will learn about the specializations such as sports physiotherapy, neuro-physiotherapy, and more. Doing an MPT allows the students the opportunity to understand research methodologies, conduct independent research, and present their findings. a deeper understanding of research methodologies, and will have the opportunity to conduct independent research and present their findings. Our Institute has been awarded “The Indian Association of Physiotherapists” (IAP) Certificate of Membership. The students who have successfully passed the prescribed examination & completed the Internship for the BPT degree from our Institute are eligible for the membership of IAP as per prevailing norms. Minimum Eligibility for Admission
- To be eligible for a masters of Physiotherapy, the applicant must be a graduate in BPT, Bachelors of Physiotherapy.
Program Outline
The program is a 2-year course with a curriculum that covers a wide range of topics, including Physiotherapy, biomechanics, community rehabilitation, electrophysiology, paediatrics, and research methodology.
The program also includes supervised clinical experience in specialized settings, such as sports clinics, rehabilitation centers, and research institutions. Graduates of the program are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work in advanced roles within the physiotherapy field, such as clinical specialists, research coordinators, and educators.
