The SC/ST Harassment Cell intends to help implement the reservation policy in regards to admission of students and recruitment of teaching and non teaching staff at various levels.

The Women Empowerment Cell at Harsha Institutions is designed to support, mentor, and empower women on campus. It provides a safe space for addressing gender-based issues, promotes equality and inclusivity, and organizes workshops and leadership programs to enhance the visibility and voice of women. The center is named the “Srimathi Girija Shivakumar Centre for Women Empowerment” and was inaugurated on International Women’s Day in 2025.
